We both liked it, the place is pleasant and suited us fine. The whole experience was such great, no complaint, would recommend.
-
I loved good hot breakfast, hotel's unbeatable location.
It was well-stocked, good enough for a family holiday. Pubs and bars were near the place. Everything met every demand, I can't wait to go back.
-
Clean place accompanied by consistently courteous staff.
Wi-Fi was pretty slow; very basic breakfast.
-
Very comfortable stay, respectful place. Neat building and rooms with bright decoration.
Some of the staff were not very friendly.
-
We thoroughly enjoyed hotel's decent location!!
Generally everything was good, nonetheless the bathroom was very small. Breakfast with yogurt and fruit, for example. Early check in, reasonable prices.
-
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We liked the central location to shopping, metro and the bus system. Breakfast was an added benefit. Will stay there again.
-
One of the least expensive hotels I found. The location is really close to the Bell Center and everything else. The room was larger than I expected. The pizza shop below the hotel was great.
It is not in good shape visually. Ceiling was cracked and toilet never stopped running. The bathroom was small.
-
The fact that it is close to pretty much everything in downtown Montreal.
-
The two young ladies at the front desk were very nice when I came in for directions to the hotel they had transfered my reservation to.
I didn't get to stay at the hotel. I made reservation a month in advance and even called a week after I made reservations to confirm. The person lied to me saying that yes we have a 4 person room reserved for you. I received a phone call 7 hours before check in stating that they didn't have a room for my group. They waited to the last minute to tell me so that I had no choice to go to another hotel that the owner owned. This hotel was a mile farther out of town and didn't have parking. The person making my reservations at this other hotel, The Econo Lodge, lied to me again stating that they had free parking there. Because of Quality Inn's actions in this matter, I ended up with two $52 parking tickets and my truck was broken into.
-
Very pleasant and helpful staff and very knowledgeable about surrounding area thanks for helping with different language
Motel was under renovations was not informed when booked
-
How clean the rooms where and how close it was too the bars and clubs!
The outside was not very presentable as well as how breakfast was not included
-
How central it was, staff was helpful, updated rooms
-
the location of the hotel was great for sporting events, restaurants, bars etc.
this hotel needs a severe overhaul, drywall, carpeting, elevator, balconies were in rough shape.
-
The elevator ism't good.
-
I chose the hotel because of the moderate room price and its location being convenient for my departure from Montreal by Amtrak Rail.
I would have liked the proximity of a restaurant with a more varied menu. I would also have liked to see a convenience store nearer.
